Privacy Policy

Our Commitment To Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available from our link menu on every page. Because all our forms are provided by EmailMeForm, you can find their privacy statement here.
The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Church of Kelemvor website. We have contact forms that you can use to provide us with your name, email address, and any other information you choose to provide in the form. The information you provide in those contact forms is the only information we collect.
The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide, such as your email address, in order to respond to you, if you have requested a response.
We do not provide your information to anyone else, under any circumstances, without a court order that requires it, and even then, we only provide that information that does not violate the confidentiality of communications between priest and communicant.
Our Commitment To Data Security
Because all our forms are provided by EmailMeForm, we rely on their data security systems to protect the privacy of any information you provide by way of a contact form. Any data you request us to retain is kept in an encrypted database that is accessible only to the Primate and any priests who may be tasked with managing our data.
Our Commitment To Children's Privacy
We never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13. If we discover that we have data from someone under 13, we destroy it immediately.
How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
If you want to access your information, or correct any information you have provided in the past, just contact us using our standard contact form and request that we provide the access or correction you want. We will, of course, require that you provide credible evidence that you are who you say you are, before we provide you with the information you requested.
